Whenever I was on a road trip as a kid I loved seeing how people decorated their front yards. Spotting a tyre swan was always a highlight!

I love crafty Australiana and I feel as though the tyre swan is rustically perfect and reuses something that would otherwise be discarded to make something beautiful! The Tyre Swan is iconically Australian and I thought it was about time there was a brooch made in its honour!

Brooch measures approx 65×50mm and is made from two layers of acrylic.

Made from acrylic and laser cut here in Sydney, I hand paint and glue each piece together with love! Please note that each item is handmade therefore there may not be 100% perfect, but I make sure that each item only leaves in a condition I am happy with. Some pieces may have slight paint imperfections, small bits of noticeable glue, slight scuffs or finger marks on the plastic and little signs that each of these brooches is all hand made by me!

This piece is smaller than the first edition brooches in this range and measures approx 35×45mm.
